What can we do together?

I’d like to talk to you about what you are doing or want to do in the space arena.
It all starts with a simple conversation and , maybe, it'll lead to a formal engagement…
I’ve have experience and actual knowledge in most areas of space development and am dedicated to helping people realize their space dreams.

While I haven't done everything, if I haven’t done something, I’m still able to draw on my experience to add to conversations in a positive way.

Operational Concept Development
How to do what you need to do...
hint: CONOPS!...

CONOPS, also known as Concept of Operations, is little more than the step-by-step process through which you will do something. Unfortunately, it is easy to include an unstated step “…and then magic happens….” This trap is evidenced by a  single step that glosses over an array of issues. I love working through those elements, providing not only clarity to the process but highlighting where one needs to spend effort to ensure success.

System Development Planning
How do we get from here to there...

We often have an end goal envisioned but aren’t sure how to get there.

Development paths and roadmaps must be carefully crafted with an eye on the achievable, especially by resource limited entities who are unable to throw money at the problem until it goes away. I can help.

Proposal Development and Review
Convincing others to fund
your ideas & development...

While I strongly believe proposal development must be an internal effort, having an external set of eyes can make all the difference in the world. The proposal reviewer will likely not be super-familiar with your company or possibly tech.

Proposals need to show a clear path to a clear goal…. A goal that needs to be a next step on the way to something profuond and yet is aligned to the organizations ability to fund.

Engineering Due Diligence
What's real and what's not

It’s easy to construct words that sound great (especially with ChatGPT in the world), but it can be very difficult to assess when someone's pitch breaks reality and when real challenges are being glossed over. By nature, we tend to underestimate complexity and overestimate our abilities.

Is it possible to tell the difference between someone with high hopes and someone who really wants to and can achieve something? I think so…
